Gingko cushion

Inspired by the Ginkgo tree at Winterbourne House & Gardens and the way the leaves fall, this is printed using papers hand-painted with heat reactive dyes. These paper leaves were then placed in the heat-press and printed onto the fabric. This process was repeated several times to layer up the printed layers to capture the depth of fallen leaves. It is finished with hand-painted fabric foiling. The reverse is printed but not foiled.

Gentle hand-wash only. Not meant for heavy use-age, wear and tear.

Printed onto heavy weight, high weave polyester.

35cm x 35cm.

Cushion filling not included.

£45 plus postage

Pat, thanks so much! I do like to round things up at the years end because the actual 'pile' of things achieved and done is sometimes much greater than the feeling of it! Wishing you a bright 2021 and many thanks for your consistent reading and commenting here - it is SO appreciated xox
