- Name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Credit/Debit Card Information
How Woocommerce Uses Information:
Woocommerce uses the information you provide about yourself when placing an order, only to complete that order. They do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Your personal data will be used to process your order and support your experience throughout My Site shop and to manage access to your account.

- retain inactive accounts – 1 month
- retain pending orders – 1 year
- retain cancelled orders – 1 year
- retain refunded orders – 1 year
- retain completed orders – indefinitely
Woocommerce uses return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mails they receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Their privacy policy can be found here: https://woocommerce.com/pl/privacy-policy/
Who I share your data with:
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long I retain your data:
If you leave a comment on My Site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on My Site (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data:
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent:
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
