Returns Policy 

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact me by email: hello@claireleggett.co.uk to say so within five days of its signed-on-arrival date, to discuss options. 

 

Claire Leggett has a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or damaged in any way. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of its condition, especially of any damage that’s been reported, prior to any return posting.


 

To start a return, you can contact me by email. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. 

 

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and should be handled with care. A proof of postage certificate is recommended as well as reasonable insurance to cover the value of the goods being returned, as goods lost or damaged in transit cannot be exchanged or refunded. You can always contact me for any return question via the email address above.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate and rectify the situation. Every care has been taken to show artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see may be different due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first contact me by email, then return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
